From here, an archway leads through to a hall with stairs to the first floor. To the right is the spacious lounge with a feature log burner and also a ceiling fan, from the lounge there are double doors out to the front porch. From the lounge is a hall leading to a bedroom on the left and another bedroom to the right.

There is a 6X4m pool surrounded by natural stones. The pool can be made bigger like it was before. From the pool area, steps lead up to the side of the house to a large courtyard garden with a brick built barbecue and outside kitchen area.

The garden is planted with trees including pomegranate, , fig and peach. On the other side of the pool area there is a room which houses the generator and the batteries. The whole property is run by a 5KW solar system.

Mains electricity is not far from the property so it would be possible to connect. Mains water is connected. Telephone and internet can be connected.
